Refund policy
All items in our site-wide 50% sale are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
We will accept returns only if you happen to receive a defective/broken product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery date at thelunacouch@gmail.com with your order number, detailed description and photos of the noted defect.
We will provide a return address for the package. The customer must return the defective item within the week via trackable mail (payable by the customer) to this address to receive the refund. Sorry, we can no longer provide partial refunds, credits or return labels.
All items purchased on sale, discounted specials or with any applied discounts are considered final sale and are not subject to any warranty.
