Shipping policy

 

Canadian Orders : 

Free Expedited Parcel (orders over $129) - Tracking and insurance up to $100 is included.  Additional insurance may be purchased upon request.

Expedited Shipping for orders under CAD $129 are subject to fees calculated at checkout by Shopify.

 

US Orders:

Shipping calculated by Shopify at checkout depending on weight. We use trackable Chit Chats (USPS First Class), UPS, Purolator and Fedex for all US shipments. 

 

Important shipping note:

Please note that packages of excessive weight or size may be subject to additional shipping costs. The flat rate and free shipping options (outside of the Luna) cover up to a max of $30 actual shipping costs. Most items that incur extra shipping costs will have this information in item description, however we reserve the right to charge additional shipping as required after the order has been made.

What shipping agents do you use and how long does it take for my order to ship?

Your orders will be shipped via UPS, Canada Post, Canpar or Chit Chats. Delivery time is approximately 7 business days once the order has been shipped, depending on your location, seasonal back logs (during the holidays), and current events (such as COVID-19 pandemic).

How long is your processing time for orders? When will my pre-order arrive?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. We will not be shipping orders in December 2022 as we will be away and will make a note on the main page.

Is my order insured in case it gets lost or damaged?

Tracked orders will include insurance up to $100. Additional insurance may be purchased by request.

The Luna orders will include insurance for the entirety of the order.

What happens is my shipment is lost or damaged by the shipping agent?

We will do our best to ensure this situation is handled in a timely and efficient manner to reach the best possible solution.  The customer is responsible for providing information of non-delivery, or evidence of the item/package was damaged at arrival to proceed with this claim.  Without this information being communicated as soon as the package is or was expected to be delivered will result in a failure to file a claim with the post service.  We cannot allot refunds or reship items without filing, processing and closing a claim with the shipping agency. This process may take an extended period of time, unfortunately we are unable to expedite or make decisions without this result.
